Mid-Term Conference: How new technologies pave the way for safer oceans

PICASSO Project will hold its Mid-Term Conference, in Valencia, on the 22nd and 23rd of November. The event will take place along 2 days, with the organisation of an OPEN DAY, under the topic of MARITIME AND PORT SECTOR 4.0: How new technologies pave the way for safer oceans, and with the PICASSO Internal Project Meeting.

The open day “MARITIME AND PORT SECTOR 4.0: How new technologies pave the way for safer oceans” has a twofold objective: first,  bringing together the maritime community to present the PICASSO Project and discuss the main technological advancements brought about by the project, whilst framing it in the overall developments that the sector has been experiencing and second, to explore the chances and possibilities of new initiatives, under the CEF umbrella, for future maritime safety related projects, in which newcomers will always be well received. In this sense, the networking associated to an open day can be very fruitful and productive.
